Joining the Spring-Mar community was the best decision we ever made. We watched our child blossom through exploration and play, growing in an environment focused on the holistic needs of the child. It is a unique and special experience to be able to co-op in the classroom and be an integral part of their growth and experiences. I love knowing my child’s friends and being able to connect with them in that way when they tell me stories about their day. Outside of our child’s experience, Spring-Mar has been such a special place for us as parents. You get to know the other families and staff and create lifelong bonds with one another. Spring-Mar is truly a special place.

We have been a Spring-Mar family since my oldest child went to Playschool. We loved Playschool so much that we immediately signed up for the 2’s class as soon as registration opened and haven’t looked back. My youngest will be graduating this year from Spring-Mar and I’m going to miss it so much! Spring-Mar was our first experience with a school setting of any kind. I’m not sure how we would have navigated these years without them. Spring-Mar has become our community. The Spring-Mar staff has helped immensely as we navigate some behavioral issues with my youngest. I truthfully would have been lost in how to go about helping my son through this if it wasn’t for the Spring-Mar staff. Really cannot recommend this preschool enough!

Spring-Mar is the perfect combination of loving and talented teachers, beautiful grounds and a creative, interactive play-based curriculum. But the best part of the school is the overwhelming sense of community within the school. When you enroll your child at Spring-Mar, you will also build friendships with families that will last well beyond preschool. You are able to get to know the students and their families at such a personal way as a teacher’s assistant and watching your own child and their friends grow and develop is such a rewarding and unique experience. I will cry when our children’s Spring-Mar experience comes to an end because of how much not only my child, but myself as well, has gained from this wonderful experience.

Great school with tremendously caring staff and teachers. A great sense of community with friendly and involved parents. Love that I get to be such a big part of my son’s preschool experience.

I had 4 kids who attended a total of 7 different preschools and this was by far the best! Too bad it took me so long to find it. They do not preach or dictate to the children what they should do here. In fact, at one point during the day, they open up all the rooms to the children, when they are designated the ‘art room’, ‘doll room’, etc., and let them decide which one to go to and go there on their own. They also block off a portion of the parking lot during recess so the children can get on ride-on toys and have fun.

Since my daughter (now in college) attended, they have added a playground with tot-sized slides, playhouses, etc. that’s also well padded with mulch. This is a co-op so the times and help expected won’t work for some parents, but if you can make it work – and can get in- you won’t regret it!
